As always, there is no charge for up to thirty minutes of consultation on general issues of law and if we can help you we will gladly do so at a charge which will be based on how much work must be done for you. I wish to take this time to remind you that the charge for a simple will with no more than two specific bequests, begins at $200.00 and for reciprocal wills for married spouses without minor or handicapped dependents, the charge begins at $250.00. More complex estate planning is charged at our usual hourly rate and we will gladly give you an estimate of the charge when we meet with you.
